COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our new 2013 release features Mosaic hops, a new hop from the Pacific Northwest. They add a burst of citrus notes to the distinctive layers of German, English and other American hops, all from growing regions near the "hop belt" of the 48th Latitude. Cheers!

Bottle, bought @ Irma, Nørrebro. Pours clear copper amber with a lovely, large, staying, creamy white head. Aroma is mild, grassy, light herbal, some caramel and bergamot. Medium carbonation, fine creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has caramel, light doughy with fine bitterness. Bergamot, apricot. Fine bitter finish.

Pours a clear copper with a fluffy 2-finger off-white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is typical citrus IPA. Taste is typical citrus, pine, and flowers. Very clean with relatively low bitterness. Not sure I can really tell that the new hops are in here, but this is a good enough IPA.

Copper pour with a 1 finger, creamy off white head. Aroma of biscuit, toast, light caramel, toffee, citrus, floral and spicy hops. Flavor is a little faint up front, but not bad, toast, caramel and fruity hops, followed up by floury grain, citrus, spicy, floral, a hint of pine and cat box. The finish is a nice bitter grapefruit, meets pine buds with a a little caramel. Light, dry body with a slightly creamy feel on entry, moderate, blanketing carbonation. Good stuff, lots more bitterness than I would have expected, I wonder if this will be replacing Latitude 48 this year or if it is only for the HopOlogy mix pack.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with thin, creamy off-white; decent retention and spare lacing. Aroma is caramel and cookie malts, figs, light toffee, floral and pine hops, and light maple syrup. Flavor is balanced sweet malts and grassy hops with supporting pine, mixed berries, and light toast; dry finish with some lingering hop bitterness. Medium body and low carbonation.

12oz bottle from pineypower. Poured a rather good looking medium to fuller density deep orange amber with an average foamy off white head. Aroma is dirt and earthy citrus fruits, old flowers and dough. Good body that is medium overall with slightly stronger carbonation and an almost chewy feel. Flavor is much like the aroma with lots of earthiness, some dirty citrus, lighter bread and some old flowers. Meh, seems a little to dirty/earthy to me.

355 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear amber colour with white cap. Aroma is spicy, modestly citrusy hops with caramel. Flavour has an interesting mix of hoppy notes with some distinct spiciness, citrus and even a little pine, as well as some underlying caramel. Moderate bitterness and a fairly astringent finish. A little different but still quite enjoyable.

Lots of fruity hops in the aroma, but the flavor is a bit more complex. The fruity hops and bittering hops battle to a weird tie, though the finish is quite bitter and dry. Pretty good, but not great.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle. Big tropical fruit hops aroma, orange, guava, mango. The flavor is very similar with some bready maltiness. A solid beer.
