COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our new 2013 release features Mosaic hops, a new hop from the Pacific Northwest. They add a burst of citrus notes to the distinctive layers of German, English and other American hops, all from growing regions near the "hop belt" of the 48th Latitude. Cheers!

Bottle. It pours a more or less clear body, dark golden in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma is a bit boring, especially considering it’s an IPA. Bready pale malts, pine cones and resins. It’s full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated, with flavors of pale malts, some bready notes and a fine bitterness. Long, bitter finish with some pine cones and lemon peel. Overall, quite boring, but it’s certainly a decent beer. 130216
