3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a clear burnt orange with a descent looking head. Smells really of nothing, maybe bready, maybe earthy. Taste is not too bad. It’s not too watered down yet it is not standout bold. Palate is medium bodied, earthy up front and finishes with a subtle bitter end. Overall If this was labeled as a pale I would be raving about this beer. Again not too bad but lacks that IPA punch.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A clear reddish amber beer with a small white head. The aroma is tropical fruit and piney. The flavor is resinous and fruity, the best of the bunch.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle, from Deconstructed 12 pack. Pours a deep clear copper color with a thick off white head that has somewhat good retention. Finally! Aroma is big tropical fruit with this one. Pineapple & bitter orange stand out. Flavor is really nice. Still with the sweet malt, but the hop notes.... WOW. Some grapefruit, some orange, and some resin. Body is medium with a crisp bitter finish. Nice one!

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Samuel Adams Deconstructed series. The best of the batch! Regardless of brewer, you cannot go wrong with the Mosaic hops. A flavorful, hoppy beer with a hint of grapefruit.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear medium copper with a thin white head and plenty of lacing. Grassy and floral with pineapple and an almost minty finish. I like the uniqueness of this one.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Latitude 48 IPA mixed case, second bottle--ok, I’m digging this now, the first beer was more of an English ale, this one is more of an IPA. Pours a gold/orange color with a soft beige color head. Aroma is of soft citrusy fruit. The taste is orange and bold citrus with a bitter finish. Total wine

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours copper with a fluffy white one finger thick head. Translucency is medium. Transparency allows the drinker to see the carbonation bubbles rising through the beer at the far edge of the glass. Aroma is high and decent bitter hops. Picking up notes of pineapple, orange and lemon. Mild malt scent beneath. Taste is obviously bitter, citrusy showcasing orange mainly. Other tastes are grape, apple and pineapple. Mouthfeel leaves a resin, mild carbonation. This deconstructed series is fantastic.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Mild hops here but doesn’t really do justice to mosaic. Pours clear orange without much head or lacing. Caramelized malt, a little on sweet side. Sweet finish with light bitterness. Tap at Smoke and Barrel.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
From the 12 fl. oz. bottle with an expiration date of Aug 2014. Lovely looking medium amber bronze colored pour with a big cream colored head. Aroma is subtle and relaxing with the earthy hops up front and the barley malts hovering in the background. The body is medium. Such a clean taste with a nice dose of earthy, Mosaic hops intermixing with the barley and grainy malt character.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 ounce bottle into signature pint glass, best before 10/2014. Pours crystal clear orange/copper color with a 1-2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of peach, tangerine, lemon zest, orange peel, pineapple, mango, floral, grass, light pine, caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with juicy citrus/tropical hops and moderate malt sweetness; with good strength. Taste of peach, tangerine, pineapple, lemon zest, mango, orange peel, floral, grass, light pine, caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fair amount of floral/pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of peach, pineapple, tangerine, mango, lemon zest, orange peel, floral, grass, light pine, caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity and robustness of juicy citrus/tropical hops and moderate malt sweetness; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and fairly creamy/sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with only a slight warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice single hop IPA. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical hops and moderate malt sweetness; and very smooth to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
