Bouteille 355ml.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Gorbalev (2823) - Ontario, CANADA - APR 7, 2013
Bottle, LCBO six pack. Dark orange, foamy white head. Dry, citrus hop aroma. Taste - nice balance of malt sweetness and spicy hops mixed with some citrus. Alcohol dialed down to make this very drinkable. Body medium and a tad watery. A really nice session American Style IPA. Happy to buy again.

12 fl oz / 355mL bottle into a Sam Adams glass.
Aroma: Pretty hoppy, citrusy. A little bit of sweet malt poking through.
Appearance: Transparent rust, slightly beige head. Decent lacing.
Taste: The citrus stands out more than the hop profile, which is kind of disappointing, considering this beer is supposed to be all about the hop profile. It’s slightly piney, and the finish is all malt. The hops are really only there at first and midway through. Not bad at all, just not what I was expecting.
Palate: Medium bodied, and has a moderate finish.
Overall: I’m not super impressed. Reading the description, I was excited to try this one, but it kind of let me down. There wasn’t really anything special about this IPA that called my attention. It’s a good IPA though!
3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 JesseM (1099) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - APR 4, 2013
Lickbow sixer. Nice clearish amber with a rocky beige head. The aroma is bland but nice, solid hop presence sticking out over indistinct malts. Flavour is very pleasing, peachy, piney, tart, citrusy and hoppy bitterness with a creamy malt body underneath that adds moderate sweetness for balance. Feels somewhat light on the palate and the carbonation is moderate, which I like. A very serviceable IPA, almost by-the-numbers. It’s like most Sam Adams stuff, solid, clean with nothing offensive, but nothing too ambitious or out there.

Sixer & Bottles were attractive. It tasted like it should, for the kind of beer it is.... was,.... And is radially available.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 shaynsawchuk (165) - Mississauga, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 31, 2013
355 mL bottle. Pours a clear toffee color with a soapy white head that doesn’t last that long. Nose is hoppy with earth, mushroom, and a touch of citrus and bread dough. Mildly sweet and moderately carbonated, featuring a smooth mouth feel with a finish bittered with hop and tinged with woodiness. A tasty commercially available IPA; nothing mind blowing but certainly plausible as someones go-to.

pretty boring and bland. not a very strong hop or malt presence. just a plain and generic ipa flavor. decent, but not great.
