Commercial Description:
Created by Samuel Adams Employee Carissa Sweigart. Brewed with ingredients signature to Carissa’s home of Massachusetts this Cranberry Wit is spiced with a blend of cinnamon, orange peel, coriander and grains of paradise, and finished with a touch of cranberry. This bright, fruity and refreshing brew is reminiscent of an autumn day in New England.

Bottle. Hazy peachish golden. Smells of wet grass and beer-tent beer. Flavor is not bad considering the scent. Lightly bittersweet with a hint of fruit- I’d have a hard time saying "cranberry," but whatever. It’s drinkable.

The appearance is ultra-cloudy carrot orange. Pillowy pure white head. Self-illuminating. An ant farm of lace. The smell is sour fruits, strong cranberry cocktail aroma. Prickly wheat base gives a dry wheat balance. The taste is that dry wheat base with a bready yeast presence. Sour like a lambic, but also dry and grounded like a yeasty Belgian white. A little too mild, but pleasant. The feel is a dry, bready wheat feel. A little like orange juice. It’s a light and summery sour ale. Like a cranberry lambic but lighter and with a dry feel.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Crisp berry fruity and mild citric aroma. Mild fruity and light crisp malt flavoured. Mild sweetness and crisp cranberry acidity into the finish. Smooth fruity finish.

Pours a decent cloudy copper orange with a small white head. Aroma is very faint, fruit zestiness, very lemon peel and berry. Spices and some soft of soda like sweetness. Flavor starts with a lot of fruit, lemon(ade), cranberry juice. Muddled flavors are fighting each other to dominate. Mildly tart finish which is kind of nice. Its weird because I like some of the flavors by themselves but all together its messy. Medium to light body and a decent sparkling carbonation. I just wish there would have been more of less. I mean, cinnamon, orange peel, coriander, grains of paradise, c’mon and narrow it down

Pretty much what you’d expect: typical crappy fruit beer. At least it’s not offensive.

Decent looking, hazy, gold, nice head and retention. Iron/german hops taste in palate. Whoop de doo another fruit beer in the world.

Poured a hazy orange color with an off white head that had a hint of pink. Yeasty spicy aroma with a touch of fruit and cranberry. Light cranberry fruit flavor with sweet lemon notes. Light body.
