3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: MAY 16, 2013 Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate-heavy strawberry with some faint dusty notes. It pours a transparent a mostly transparent gold with quite a bit of sediment floating around. It has a two finger white head that eventually settles to a thick film and leaves behind some light webbing on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with a quick note of toffee. The toffee is quickly dominated by moderate strawberry with a hint of lemon and grass. It’s light-medium bodied with soft carbonation and mouthfeel. Overall, if you like strawberries, this is a pretty solid summer thirst quencher. After trying all the three 2013 Longshot beers, I was surprised to find out this is the one I like the most.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pop the cap and a blast of strawberry hits the air. It has a big strawberry taste that is pretty close to jolly rancher / candy flavor. It pours a medium yellow color and has a nice fizz to it. Just to sweeet to me and not much else there.

"You got beer in my strawberry lemonade!" You got strawberry lemonade in my beer!" Nice fresh strawberry aroma. Not enough beer in the taste department but goes down pretty easy.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottled. Poured light-medium golden with a well-retained, sticky white head. The aroma picked up semi-sweet strawberries, cream, and a little vanilla.. fresh berry seeds right on the back of the nose.. no complaints. The flavor found dank, tacky strawberry seeds throughout.. light pale and biscuity malt supported.. finished with sharp seeds and a touch of lemon zest.. I didn’t enjoy the way this moved through the mouth. Lighter-bodied, tart, and scratchy on the palate.. drinkable, but not very enjoyable.
