Bottled. Pours more brown than red, with minimal cream colored head which disappears quickly. Smells of chocolate, but i don’t pick that up on taste. Seems to have the flavor of burnt caramel and a little ginger. Overall, not a bad beer, I’d buy it again.

As others mentioned, decent ale with some holiday spices to make it more interesting. Had as part of a variety pack. Worth trying and enjoyed what I had but have never thought to go track one down again.

Good caramel flavor in this beer...lots of sweetness and some holiday spices (I notice cinnamon and ginger). Rich and hearty, easy to drink. So smooth. I’m looking forward to tasting the bottle I have put away for a half year or so.

This beer pours a dark caramel colour with a small to medium sized vanilla head. Very nice touch of many spices: cloves, cinammon, ginger to name a few. Aroma is malty and reminiscent of a dubbel. fairly light mouthfeel, creamy and silky with a long smooth finish.

(Bottle, thanks hopscotch) Pours very dark reddish brown with creamy white nougat colored head. The aroma is medium malty/medium grainy sweet and light spicy with tones of light caramel, light roasted chocolate, grainy dark bread, wet earth, hops, some oranges, and sweet dark fruits like raisins, prunes and fresh figs. Light spicy notes of sweet cinnamon, mild ginger, nutmeg and a touch of cardamom are present alongside subtle vegetable hints of cucumber and pumpkin. Quite clan and hard on the nose. The flavour is medium caramelly and chocolaty with some earthy dark bread and grassy/vegetal hops. Some cinnamon, cardamom and mild nutmeg spiciness. The mouthfeel is rather clean with a soft chocolate/caramel palate and a mild dry grassy finish. Light to medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied.

Coming from a variety pack I bought at a local wegmans I found this one to be the most enjoyable. Has a tasty spicyness about it. The Cinnamon, ginger and orange all come together well. Nice Nice Nice
