2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a clear golden with a decent full white head that thins out pretty quick. Some lace. Aroma of Lemon Pledge. Taste is sweet pale malt, bisquits and a little lemonade. Meh.

Golden, pretty clear. Lemon artificial nose. Yup, it’s a radler. Sweet and doesn’t really rock mine....

Bottle. Pours gold with a very small white head. Artificial lemon aroma with strange grain and salty notes. Slightly tart lemon flavor followed by strange salty and grainy notes.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
This is a high (for style) ABV radler with, I think, more lemon flavor than average. It pours a clear, golden-amber color, The small head has weak retention and leaves little lace. Lemons dominate the background of wheat malt in both the aroma and flavor. More lemonade than beer, it has a rather sugary taste. I feel it is indeed a little too sweet, with lemon flavor that seems too artificial and lacking sufficient balance from hops.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Enjoy before: 11/12. A piss-yellow pour with a thin off-white head. Artificial lemon juice, wheatgrass, candi sugar, and one of those tubes of frozen orange juice concentrate dominate the aroma. A thin and crisp body. Extremely light. Overly sweet and sugary upfront in the taste. A mildly wheaty middle. Tart & tangy artificial lemon and orange juice concentrate finish things off. Refreshing, but almost sickeningly sweet. Strange stuff. Vaguely reminiscent of Zima, though not quite as gay.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: NOV 25, 2012 Faint aroma of lemon. Tast was lemon with a bit of sugar. Nice balance between the sourness and sugarness. I liked this better than the other 2 lemon sandys I’ve tried from leinenkugels and hoppin frog.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
12oz bottle pours clear deep gold with no head. The aroma bubbles with vague fruity soda like notes and sugar and little else. The taste has a big pulse due to the above average carbonation delivering sweet sugar, vague berry juiciness and an overall soda like experience. I don’t see this filling a thirsty need under any circumstance.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled. Poured clear, paler golden with a short-lived white head. The aroma picked up lemonade paired with fresh floral and salty notes.. smelled refreshing, but not so much like beer. The flavor found tart and tangy lemon throughout, with a wheat and bready base.. a touch of honey down there too.. sour, salty, and refreshing on the fairly long, dry finish.. I enjoyed it. Light-bodied, tangy, and salty as mentioned on the palate.. remarkably easy to drink.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. A medium clear gold body with a bright white head. The nose is dominated with the smell of fresh lemon juice. There is also some nice yeasty dough. The taste is fairly bright with a slightly salty lemonade, especially in the finish. The beer is light with some dough and a little hint of nuts. This is refreshing, fresh tasting and clean. Nice summer refresher.

Pours a golden yellow. Everything about this is lemons and I’m not sure how I feel about that. I guess I can’t say to much bad because that was actually the point to mix lemonade with a Belgian, but it ends up drinking a bit more like Sam’s Hard Lemonade.
