Rebel IPA is brewed with 5 varieties of West coast hops: cascade, simcoe, centennial, chinook, & amarillo. Itís everything we love about West coast style IPAís. Big citrus & grapefruit flavors with subtle pine notes for a flavorful refreshing brew.

poured from a bottle. Orange straw hue with descent white head and fair lacing. Biscuits and caramel in the nose with a moderate amount of citrus. Medium carbonation and slightly dry on the soft bitterness. Fairly balanced with faint hint of citrus, orange, and grapefruit. Those flavors are a bit subdued for a West Coast style and should be a bit louder to advertise as such. A nice introductory beer though.

The first time I had this was in Vegas and I had some fine IPAs stacked up against it. So it didnít fare well. But itís available in Canada now and Iíve had it since. Actually, itís pretty decent. It grows on you!

Very slightly hazy golden color that start with a nice fluffy white head and keep a nice lacing for a long period. Aroma is hoppy with a sweet note, floral and herbal hints. Flavor is herbal hop and slightly sweet, some yeast notes. Low carbonation and medium body with a short sweet bitter finish.

Medium amber color with a strong citrus aroma. Taste has a strong flavor of grapefruit. Not too harsh or too bitter but a lot of citrus. It was refreshing and I enjoyed drinking it with my meal. I like grapefruits a lot but not so much in my beer. This was better than others I have had that had more of a bitter citrus rind taste. This was much smoother. Not a favorite but I would drink it again.

Draught at ACBE. A bit skunky, classic grapefruit hop profile and sweet malt, bittersweet finish. Ok I guess but nothing to seek for either.
