COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rebel IPA is brewed with 5 varieties of West coast hops: cascade, simcoe, centennial, chinook, & amarillo. Itís everything we love about West coast style IPAís. Big citrus & grapefruit flavors with subtle pine notes for a flavorful refreshing brew.

Bottle. Pours light golden with a rather small, frothy head. Surprisingly malty aroma, bread, nuts and caramel. Just a tiny hint of hops, citrus and grapefruit. Medium body, medium carbonation, bitter finish. Taste is heavy bitterness, grapefruit and pine. I prefer flavour to aroma. Itís ok, but not spectacular. A pretty mainstream IPA.

Super translucent amber with a huge sea- foam white head. Nice hop aroma, with some spice present. Unfortunately, taste is rather bland. Itís not thatís itís bad...itís just that thereís not much flavor there. I wasnít expecting amazing, but I was hoping for a little more.

Veiled golden color with powerful activity. Frothy beige half a finger head, lasting around 10-15 minutes, with strong legs. Aromas of citrus orange and butterscotch. Flavors of fruity orange, lemon, tropical fruits, roasted grains, a little corny, caramel, floral and herbal spices. Bready, grassy, and slightly biscuity. Well balanced sweetness and sharpness. Creamy smooth medium body with perfect zesty carbonation. Medium intensity finish of short length, ending with a zesty citrus feel, some herbal spices, and a little roasted malts. Overall a decent craft offering nice flavors and great freshness. Good balance but slightly off with the corn flavor. More accessible than most IPAs being a little faint for the AVB.
