Rebel IPA is brewed with 5 varieties of West coast hops: cascade, simcoe, centennial, chinook, & amarillo. It’s everything we love about West coast style IPA’s. Big citrus & grapefruit flavors with subtle pine notes for a flavorful refreshing brew.

Bottle 355ml, a clear golden beer with low head. Nose is on quince and hop resin. Aroma is medium sweet, honey, hop resin, pine, blond caramel, medium bitterness. Medium bodied, toasted malt finish with hop resin, just ok.

Hazy, brown body, thick head. Hoppy and grassy aroma, a bit of citrus as well. Taste is bitter, nothing out of the ordinary. Soft mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Decent IPA.

Clear golden yellow. Aroma is a bit earthy, some tropical notes on top of that. Medium bodied, too much sweetness for my liking but the botthe was not exactly fresh (bottled in april).

Deep gold, tall, fluffy head. Full body, very flavorful, well carbonated, nice warmth, long and flavorful finish. Assertively bittersweet, well balanced by a touch of acidity. Hoppy, resiny, grapefruity, a flavor bomb. Delicious, worth seeking. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Brassy, clear orange color with ample, fluffy tan, orange-hued foam that lasted for a couple minutes and left lace. Nice grapefruit and pine aroma, as described by brewer. Acidic bitter bite, citrus rind, slightly metallic, and caramel. Medium bodied with semi-dry finish. Nice honey /caramel backbone to move this one along. Very drinkable.

Draft. Pale copper in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of floral perfume, white grapefruit, and both pale and caramel malt. Flavors are of orchard fruit, vague citrus, cut grass, and a bit of pale malt. Moderate bitterness and medium bodied. A bit more English than west coast for me.

12oz bottle into English pint. Pours a clear golden with a finger of creamy white head, some lacing. Nose of light grapefruit and other citrus, a bit of resinous pine, some sweet caramel flavour, moderate carbonation. A bit slick, and a slight astringent bitterness in the finish. Alright.

Deep yellow with not much in the way of bubbles. Aroma is a hoppy, resiny punch, with a little bit of caramel. Have a sip and it’s got both sweet cereal and caramel and a piney resiny hop punch. 60/40 hop to malt balance. Quite bitter. Level of carbonation a bit distracting. Something odd on the finish, a bit cardboardy.
