COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rebel IPA is brewed with 5 varieties of West coast hops: cascade, simcoe, centennial, chinook, & amarillo. It’s everything we love about West coast style IPA’s. Big citrus & grapefruit flavors with subtle pine notes for a flavorful refreshing brew.

Another example of Sam Adams rolling out good brews This is one of the few IPAs I actually like! It didn’t have the overly hoppy finish like most of them do.

Bottle, Tesco, Wigston. Sweet and bready with mango and floral green pine. Herbal and resinous with tropical notes. Earthy dry finish. Low bitterness. Great for the price and accessibility.

JackMandarin (131) - Aberdour, SCOTLAND - APR 22, 2016
Bottle from local Tesco. Pours very clear, Light copper. Off-white head and some ok lacing. Aroma has a wee punch of tropical fruits. Notes of mango. Some oily citrus. Damp, woody resin. Bit of fruity bubblegum in there. Banana bread too. Taste is semi-sweet. Chewy with more citrus flavours. A pithy bitterness dries the palate. Juicy finish. Fairly light carbonation. Medium-weight mouthfeel. Not the freshest, most flavourful IPA out there but decent and drinkable.

Pours a light golden orange with a slight haze and almost no head at all but a thin white layer on top. A bit of floral and a bit of citrus maybe a little pine/spruce on the nose but the aroma wasn’t too strong of anything in particular. On the tongue citrus alot more of the spruce in the taste and herbs alot of carbonation. Another solid IPA.
