COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rebel IPA is brewed with 5 varieties of West coast hops: cascade, simcoe, centennial, chinook, & amarillo. It’s everything we love about West coast style IPA’s. Big citrus & grapefruit flavors with subtle pine notes for a flavorful refreshing brew.

Very easy drinking IPA. Not hoppy enough for the true hop heads out there, but I found it refreshing. If you're looking to drink a lot of beer at one sitting but still want something different, this is for you.

355ml bottle. Golden color, small white head which dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma is caramel and some pine. Flavor is medium sweet and light medium piny bitter. Not as aromatic as the commercial description suggests. Decent American IPA.

Light haze on this gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is slightly soft and has modest fine carbonation. Soft malts, light malt cream sweetness. Semi sweet floral mid. Mild citrus develops, the floral vibe turns mildly bitter. Touch of orange. Light bitter linger. More that the sum of it’s parts this IPA. Hangs together very well, smooth and quaffable.

Fresh bottle. Aroma of grapefruit, oranges, pine, little maltiness. Pours golden like a lager, two finger off white thick head. Taste is medium to lightly sweet and medium to lightly bitter. I’m surprised by the lacking bitterness for the style. Very moderate and generic taste. Medium body, average carbonation, little sticky on the lips, finishes a little dry. Moderate IPA but fair for the price.

330ml bottle from local Morrisons. Golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and mellow fruity hop aroma. Taste is malt caramel, fruity, citrus, with some spicy hop grapefruit bitterness. Smoothish mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry fruity bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle, bought @ SuperBrugsen, Kolding.
Pours clear golden with a small, staying, creamy white head. Aroma has grapefruit, oranges, peppery. Medium carbonation, kinda dry and quite fat mouthfeel. Flavour has sharp bitterness, some grainy malts, grapefruit, citrus. Quite bitter finish. Okay.

I had a Rebel IPA at dinner the other night and I really enjoyed it. It had a nice head and great hoppy aroma. The taste was very well balanced and perfect for my taste.

Pours amber with small white head. Citrus with light malts. OK IPA but had better. Hoppy finish was a little unbalanced.
