COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rebel IPA is brewed with 5 varieties of West coast hops: cascade, simcoe, centennial, chinook, & amarillo. It’s everything we love about West coast style IPA’s. Big citrus & grapefruit flavors with subtle pine notes for a flavorful refreshing brew.

Pretty good IPA. I am a fan of several Sam Adams beers but this one of my favorites.

aroma - citrus and other notes, tastes very good. Not too bitter but hoppy backbone. Pleasing for an IPA newbie.

Une bouteille. Une robe ambrée avec une belle formation de mousse. Un nez assez puissant de houblon résineux avec une touche de caramel. La bouche est amère, résineuse, une finale sur les houblons herbeux. Manque d’agrumes.

From a 12oz bottle pours light orange with a white head. Good lacing. Nose of citrus hop;s. Medium body . Flavor is classic IPA with a lot of flavor and good bitter finish.

Voilà une une bière de Sam que j’avais hâte de voir au Québec! Les houblons s’étalent avec affront sur robe une juste assez mince. Savoureux (En 140 caractères / #TwitterStyle)

AMber cloudy body with yeast and beige medium thick head. Aroma oranges, fruits, pineapple, typical fruity hops. Palate is soupy mouthful and smooth. Taste is medium bitter not too egdy. Overall easy to drink balanced IPA, standard stuff, enjoyable but nothing revolutionary here.

Bottled. Poured lighter golden with a sticky white head. The aroma picked up an odd blend of hops I couldn’t quite put a finger on over sweet caramel.. fairly meaty overall. The flavor found caramel and biscuity malts at the core, with lightly-spicy pine and citrusy bitterness around.. lots of residual sugars and some bitter citrusy notes on the finish. Medium-bodied with fairly thick carbonation.. not all that hoppy or rebellious.

Transparent gold with a minimal white head. Caramel, malt, pine, grapefruit, and honey fragrance. Thin bodied and quite refreshing. Same characteristics present in the aroma arise in the flavour with emphasis on the malt. Citrus hop is nicely present in the finish though. Smooth.

Aroma is citrusy with a bit of caramel. Appearance is light copper with large white frothy head. Taste is citrus hop flavors forward, followed by a pleasant caramel malt and a crisp hop bitterness. Palate is medium light and crisp, very clean. Over all a very nice beer. Everything is well done, not super bitter, kinda a big Pale Ale. Still a quality beer at a pretty good price.

This is one of those beers that I always passed on because I knew it would be everywhere and there was always something a little more intriguing on. Sitting a the base bar, this was finally the best option. Copper with a white head. Aroma is string grapefruit, some sweet caramel, light resin. Medium body. Flavor is citrus and grapefruit, light caramel malt, a bit of Pune in the end. Like most Sam Adams, this is a well brewed beer that doesn’t really standout. Still, it is a tasty, well crafted IPA and one I have no problem ordering multiples of. If only all craft brewers were as consistent as Biston Beer Co.

Aroma of hops, not so fresh, with floreal notes, some toffee notes, and a little bit of orange peal. Caramel notes with return of citrus peel notes, grapegruit iat the end. Good sweet fruits for the aftertaste but not so strong. Smooth, so smooth without carbonation.
