COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rebel IPA is brewed with 5 varieties of West coast hops: cascade, simcoe, centennial, chinook, & amarillo. It’s everything we love about West coast style IPA’s. Big citrus & grapefruit flavors with subtle pine notes for a flavorful refreshing brew.

Bright gold, transparent color, with small white head that diminishes quickly leaving minimal lacing. Aroma has faint grapefruit hops and is a little musty. Flavor has bitter, resinous hops, light grapefruit, corn and bubble gum. It’s okay overall, but feel it’d be better priced around $8 a 6pk for it’s average quality compared to others.

Bottle from Dick’s Last Resort. Decent hoppiness coming off of it, but really just left me wondering why I needed another IPA.

Aroma is sweet malts and medium hops. Fruity from ripe summer fruits. Taste is rather sweet at first but develops some decent bitterness in the end. A little "grey" feeling over this one.

Bottle. Clear golden amber pour with a thin head. Some pine and resin, subtle fruit. A decent IPA with a good balance, but thin and mostly underwhelming.

Bottle, smallish head, lught gazt and a bit pale orange color, herbal woody aroma with a jammy hint, light grainy jammy flavor with a medium citrusy bitterness. Disappointing.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tempo. Thanks Avrashi. Clear gold, white head. Faint fruit, old hops aroma. Light bitterness and old hops in the mouth, medium body, easy to drink, bitter finish.

12oz bottle, straight from it. Aroma is grapefruit, hop. Flavor is lemony, grapefruit, grass, moderately hoppy. Kind of a nice departure from the super palate destroyers lately. Not a bad offering considering it’s Sam Adams.

On tap at Chevys, Lake Buena Vista. Lovely clear amber colour, with a fine foamy white head. Fantastic peach and melon aroma, soft creamy palate, some hop oil, with light pine. Really loved this and in a tourist trap Mexican restaurant too!
