COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Samuel Adams® Summer Ale is an American wheat ale. This summer seasonal uses malted wheat, lemon zest and Grains of Paradise, a rare pepper from Africa first used as a brewing spice in the 13th century, to create a crisp taste, spicy flavor and medium body. The ale fermentation imparts a background tropical fruit note reminiscent of mangos and peaches. All of these flavors come together to create a thirst quenching, clean finishing beer perfect for those warm summer days.

One of the best summer ales out there. Crisp and light but it still has plenty of flavor.

There are hints of lemon flavor and grains of paradise. This is best served with a lemon slice droped in the beer to enhance the flavor. This is one of my favorite summer time beers.

This beer is special to me as it was my very first to drink. The summer grains and spices they use really give this beer a zippy taste. I grab a sixer atleast once a summer.

Awesome macro summer beer. Lemon and coriander show up without being part of a dog and pony show like other beer attempts. Nice wheaty profile. Totally refreshing!

I had this at Olive Garden. Pours yellowish gold with a white head. Taste refreshing lemon zest, and wheat. I thought was pretty good. I would definitely drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The hint of lemon is a great twist. I also enjoyed the lightness of the beer. I will have this again.
