This wily red IPA gets its character from the Tasmanian hops that are full of grapefruit, pine and earthy notes creating a bold flavor that threads throughout the taste. The hops are balanced by a core of roasty malts that give this brew body and richness with hints of toffee. This flavorful brew is rounded and smooth with a dry and citrusy hop finish.

Bottle courtesy of argo0, thanks! Dark and clear ruby color, large beige head. Aroma of light pine and furniture polish, not pleasant. Taste is licorice candy. Not my cup of tea.

Reddish-amber. Not much head the way I poured it. Vibrant, biscuity, toasty amber malts and bright (if subtle) tropical fruit hops. Bland palate but with some spicy hoppiness. Good balance.

Bomber from Beverages 4 Less. Fred does it again. Pours dark ruddy copper with a creamy/foamy 3 finger beige head. Citrus and pine together. How rare for my nose to be able to discern that combo. Near full bodied. Foamy carb. Flavor is mildly harsh roast malt with grapefruit, pine and some treacle notes. Arguably earthy, but maybe that’s the roast malt. Good stuff!
