3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a clear golden with a 2 finger head. It is moderately sweet with some mild toasted malt with honey ,coriander and orange peel. A little tart, but this is otherwise a sweet beer. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Very different from things Iíve had before, but I like it.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
22 oz. bottle- Pours slightly hazy orange with a thin soapy white head. Aroma is wheaty, citrusy, lemons and orange rind, moderately tart and salty, but to be honest It isnít all that appealing. The taste is the same, citrusy and wheat, salty, I think the coriander is a little over done, and the pepper is under done. I am not used to this style, it was a little weird to me, I liked some things about it, and didnít care for other things, but I appreciate the experimentation going on here.

Pretty disappointing really. Aroma had a bit of seaside about it but style was that was about it. No real sourness or character. Nice drinking but underwhelming style wise.

Hazed orange pour with a white head. Sweet bready malt, a bit of salt, some light tartness, and a weird fruitiness. A bit of toast, a fair amount of coriander, and a bit of yeast. Fairly sweet bread and toasted malt flavor. Some yeast, a bit of lemon zest, and a faint tartness. Some light saltiness, lots of coriander, and a hint of peppery spice. Light banana and some berries.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
650ml bottle pours a pale golden orange color with a finger of off-white head that leaves very little lacing behind. Aroma is mild citrus with some cereal grains and hints of spice. Taste is light citrus bitterness with a generous malty sweetness and a mild peppery finish. Light to medium body with decent carbonation. An easy drinking brew that is refreshing and makes a good session ale.

Bottle poured a slightly hazy orange w/ a white fluffy head mostly diminishing, down to a small ring w/ some lacing. Medium strength aromas of malt, wheat, lemon, and coriander. Initial flavor is moderate sweet and the finish is a light sour with spice notes. Taste is a salty wheat pretzel, with caramel, lemon, and coriander. Medium bodied, creamy texture and soft carbonation.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: NOV 17, 2012 Bottle. Moderate malt aroma of hay, lemon for the hops, light to moderate dough for the yeast, with notes of unripe pear and coriander. Head is small to average size, slightly off-white with fair yet thin lacing and is almost fully diminishing. Color is murky amber/tan. Flavor starts moderately to heavily acidic and a bit salty, then finishes moderately acidic. Palate is light to medium, slick with a fizzy carbonation. This taste a lot like a Radler to me, but unlike a Radler this Traditional Ale is not sweet and artificial.

Bottled. Poured clear, medium golden with a creamy off-white head. The aroma picked up salted lime and coriander over earth and pale malts.. bit of an herbal quality to it. The flavor found pale wheat and a touch of honey at the core, with tart wheat, coriander, and lime throughout.. finished dry with residual sugars and spices. Lighter-bodied and moderately sour on the palate.. a tad too big and sweet to be totally refreshing. Solid overall.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured a mostly clear golden color with a medium sized white head. Aroma slighlty dry and skunky with grains and caramel. Taste has lots of grain and caramel. Some slight honey tastes with salt. Wheat and more grains in the finish with some slight skunk. Overall itís interesting, but it tastes a little too bitter/salty to me.

From bottle. Batch #1. Big coriander nose. Spicy with light wheat and carbonic notes. Very aromatic herbal and ripe - enjoyable. Dark amber clear with hug, off-white foamy lacing head. Medium watery body with light carbonation. Starts wheat, light caramel and mild bitterness. Mild tang and salty character, but weak with some light oxidation flavors.
