Ungstrup (10419), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 5, 2003 The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and yeast. The color is an unclear orange and it has a fine but disappearing head. The flavor is sweet, wheaty, and malty. All in all a pretty boring beer. omhper (9704), Stockholm, Sweden Sep 20, 2003 Bottled. Golden colour, hazy. Fruity crystal malt aroma. Sweet, clean and mild with a light touch of orange peels. Papsoe (9242), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 6, 2006 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Slightly hazy, dark amber with a creamy, off-white head. Spicy, citrusy nose. Medium-bodied with spicy - almost herbal - accents. Dry, slightly sulphurous finish without any acidity or bitterness. Unusual, but interesting interpretation of a Belgian Wit. 070406 Oakes (6529), Miami Beach, Canada Apr 26, 2005 Bright amber colour. Slight citrus note, with florals as well. Spicy - nutmeg, marmalade. Kind of bizarre - a bit of a trainwreck really, with no particular focus and nowhere near enough malt or body to back up those spices. argo0 (5861), Washington DC, USA Mar 6, 2004 (draft) Cloudy amber with off-white head. Aroma is light sweet, orange-peach, some cardemom. Taste is light sweet, fruity, yeast, finishing cardemom. Medium body, some syrupy, some acidic carbonation.
