May 6, 2006 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Slightly hazy, dark amber with a creamy, off-white head. Spicy, citrusy nose. Medium-bodied with spicy - almost herbal - accents. Dry, slightly sulphurous finish without any acidity or bitterness. Unusual, but interesting interpretation of a Belgian Wit. 070406

Apr 26, 2005 Bright amber colour. Slight citrus note, with florals as well. Spicy - nutmeg, marmalade. Kind of bizarre - a bit of a trainwreck really, with no particular focus and nowhere near enough malt or body to back up those spices.

Mar 6, 2004 (draft) Cloudy amber with off-white head. Aroma is light sweet, orange-peach, some cardemom. Taste is light sweet, fruity, yeast, finishing cardemom. Medium body, some syrupy, some acidic carbonation.
