Appearance: Lightly hazy, straw-colored body with a small, fizzy, white head. Smell: Sparsely tangy, a note of citrus peel and a savory, zesty spice scent. Taste: Simple light pale malts with an equally basic, lightly grainy wheat malt taste. Strong apricot flavor. Tastes of citrus peel and spices, particularly coriander, follow, along with a mild touch of spicy hops and bitterness. Finishes dry with a lingering spice character. Tanic finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-high carbonation. Drinkability: An good witbier. Better than many But not outstanding. My favorite aspect of the beer is the apriclot taste.

From 10 year old note: Bottle: Yellow golden color. White foam on top. Smell some grains and flowers. Taste some fruit, some bitters and a hint of garden spices. Light beer in smell and taste.

"a little more americanized than some other wits...not necessarily a bad thing, as it stands out a little from the crowd. refreshing citrus, but nothing spectacular."

Reviewed from notes: used to drink a ton of this when it was a spring seasonal. Pours a very hazy golden rod with white head. Spices, coriander, light fruit, wheat, and clove on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied and chewy.

Bulk_Carrier (2515) - Temporarily, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 25, 2014
Reviewed from notes. The appearance was foggy, slightly golden colored body with a thin white head that only lasted about a couple seconds. The smell had some hops, lemon, orange, tangerine combined in an earthy sort of way. The taste was bittersweet through citrus and hops. The palate was about a medium, slightly sessionable, citrusy aftertaste, sticky finish. Overall, good for a witbier, uh . . . only decent to me, unsure if I’d come back to ....?

12 oz. bottle. Pours a light golden color with a small white head. The aroma is mostly spices, light caramel, wheat and some citrus. The flavor is pretty light; some spices, citrus, caramel and wheat malt. An average witbier at best.
