~Wheaty aroma with cinnamon, nutmeg and some citrusy notes. Some white pepper like spice in there as well and some banana.
~Pours a very hazy orange color with white creamy head that disappears.
~Bready citrusy spicy nutmeg flavor. Light citrus. A bit o the picy end with the nutmeg.
~light medium bodied, with med high CO2, lingering spice finish.
~ Enjoyable brew. I could drink a few of these. I like what the brewer was trying to do with Xmas spices, but think that the spice can be toned down a bit so we get some of the wonderful yeasty flavors.

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2012 pale in color with a cloudy tinge to it. has a soft spicy smell to it with a hint of citrus. You can taste the cinnamon and nutmeg pretty clearly, almost leaves a dry feeling on the tongue, it has a citrus finish. It goes down smooth and when poured from a bottle it produces a light fizzy head that disappears quickly.
