COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
As crisp as the first snowfall of the year, this unfiltered white ale is blended with holiday spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, & orange peel. The familiar citrus and wheat characters of the ale are complimented by the warmth of the spices for a festive brew thatís perfect for the season.

Medium amber beer, white head. Aromas of cider, faint orange. Flavors of cinnamon nutmeg, caramel, apple, sour cherry. Smooth on the palate, moderate carbonation. Finish is slightly sour, hint of peach. This is surprisingly good.

12oz bottle. Poured a hazy orange color with a small white head. Aroma was orange, with various spices (cinnamon, nutmeg). Caramel, malt, and a touch of earthy hops. Flavor was spice bomb, way too spicy - strange citrus notes. This didnít work for me.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a very nice white, dense head. Aroma has a very pungent spice nose with a strong orange peel, nutmeg and has a nose similar to a pomander. Flavor is extremely spicy with a lot of nutmeg and orange peel coming through. Very little beer flavor is there as its pretty much a spice bomb. Body is dense enough to hold the spice and there is a light fizzyness to it. Overall the brew is a bit too much spice in my opinion.

Poured a cloudy hazy yellow, hay coloured. With a good foamy head. Looks pretty nice. The smell however is off-putting, a sour yeast is all that appears. The taste is whats suprising, it doesnít taste like It smells. An almost refreshing, light spice with a typical ale taste on the back. The spices linger long after the sip. Almost lemon and a pleasant nutty after taste. An oaken earthy undertone predominates. A thin and light beer on the palate. Overall I enjoyed it, but the spices tend to become a little heavy, I couldnít see myself drinking to much of this. But once again as a holiday specialty beer its interesting. Not a huge standout from the holiday box but it doesnít try to be anything special and because of this, it works.

bottle: pours a hazy orange with a nice white head. Aromas are sweet citrus and coriander. Taste is nice earthy... spicy bite... nutmeg. I like this... but it isnít the best wit, or Christmas beer. What it is though... a nice twist on a couple styles that wouldnít otherwise meet each other. Tasty.

Bottled from BevMo. Hazy golden in color. Strong nutmeg nose. Bitter spicy flavors dominate up front. A hint of graininess, but the spice dominates.
