Pours a hazy gold with a small and quickly dissipating white head. Slight hints of citrus and spice in the aroma, lightly of bread. Medium to heavy sweet to taste. Light Bodied with average carbonation, oily and finishes smoothly. Overall, a light and pleasent, malty citrus beer; not bad nor great, just nice.

Bottle. Orange pour. Aroma of spices, nutmeg, orange citrus, cinnamon. Taste is a faint spice mixed with an orange wheat beer.

Lightly hazy golden with a white head. Citrus, wheat, earthy, yeast, light sweetness. A bit of tang on the back end. Not really feeling this one. Too much spice here.

12oz bottle into pint glass. Pours a cloudy orange with a decent white head that disappates pretty quickly and leaves a bit of lacing that slides down into the beer. Aroma of citrus, cinnamon, nutmeg, wheat and malt. Taste is malt and citrus up front with the wheat, nutmeg and cinnamon coming in a bit in the back. Short finish of citrus and malts. Medium body, average carbonation. Not bad, but not particularly memorable either.

Pours a hazy orange color with citrus aromas, taste a little nutmeg with orange, not bad overall and that’s hard to say about a Sam Adams beer

Not sure what to think about this one. It had the aroma of a witbier but heavily spiced. The color was cloudy yellow gold with a big fizzy head. Nothing unique or heavy about the palate. The tastes were confusing. Parts of wheat, citrus, cinnamon and nutmeg. However, they weren’t balanced and just lumped together. It seemed like an effort to make a Christmas themed beer that didn’t quite work.

VAYankee (327) - Virginia, USA - JAN 4, 2013
Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Sweet grassy aroma with nutmeg, a touch of cinnamon, and a bit of orange peel. Light hay taste; the spices mostly disappear in the flavor. Minimal aftertaste. Palate is medium to light bodied and softly carbonated.

Pours a hazy gold with a thin white head. Aroma of wheat, Belgian yeast, pineapple and orange. Taste is orange and wheat with cinnamon. Alittle too much spice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz. bottle. Pours a very hazy orange color with white creamy head that disappears slowly. Cinnamon and nutmeg is the only thing I smell. Flavors of Cinnamon and nutmeg upfront with wheat and a lightly spicy hop. It finishes just as it started with spice. Lighter body and drinks well enough. Not a bad holiday brew from SA.
