3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle: Hazy straw in color, moderate foamy white head, spotty lacing. Orange peel and corriander up front, but also some cinnamon and nutmeg. Belgian Wit crossed with Pumpkin? I guess I think Pumpkin with the cinnamon and nutmeg, but I guess given the timing I will try and think of it as some sort of holiday cookie. Feels a bit wheaty, body and mouthfeel are moderate. Finishes just as it started, flavor from start to finish, citrusy, corriander, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Interesting combination. To me its like a combination of summer and autumn, but I will overlook that and think about the label... white christmas. Who the hell doesn’t want a white christmas?

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours from the bottle golden orange with a white head. The orange body is cloudy showing the unfilteredness of the beer. Orange peel the dominate aroma and taste. It’s a nice beer for a change. Don’t think I could drink a case of this, though.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
12oz Bottle. The pour was a medium golden orange with a small (less than 1 finger) white fluffy head that quickly diminished, down to a very thin film and not so good runny lacing.
The aroma was of a light straw malt and a doughy horse blanket yeast with notes of citrus (orange), coriander, nutmeg and cinnamon.
The taste was lightly sweet and rather yeasty with a pronounced citrus note throughout, with the finish having a slight spiciness at the very end. The flavor lingered for an average time following the swallow, with a mild spicy yeast taste fading slowly from the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was just above light in body with a mildly dry texture and a medium carbonation.
Overall a decent enough brew that did posses a good drinkability, but was really nothing overly special as Witbier’s go...

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cloudy appearance. Aroma of wheat and spices. Wheat malt taste. For a witbier it has a full body.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy gold with a slight white head. Aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg and a little orange zest. Med body. Thanks to the spice it reminds of a "pumpkin" ale. But the cinnamon fits for winter too. So much spice my mouth tingles a bit.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
A 12 oz. bottle dated best by March 2013.
Pours hazy yellow to light amber with a small white head. Subtle, spicy aroma with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, bread dough and citrus. The taste largely follows the nose, with some nice winter spicing and bready flavor, It is rather tart too. Medium-bodied; medium-light carbonation that works well.
O: Well done, but not a favored style.
