Bottle: The aroma consists of moderate nutmeg, light cinnamon, citrus, and a touch of orange peel. It pours a hazy orangish-gold with a two finger orange tinged off-white head that has decent retention. There is some nice webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with a quick dose of citrus/orange. The finish has moderate nutmeg, light cinnamon, and a hint of orange peel. Itís medium bodied with soft carbonation and mouthfeel. Overall, I like wheat beers and I like spiced beers, so I found this to be pretty tasty. I would throw this in the Spiced category as itís the spices that are front and center over the Belgian Wit characteristics.

Gold pour with white head and lace. Aroma of wheat, a corn like aroma, corriander, and a light brown sugar. Flavor is corriander, sweet wheat, and some spices I donít know. A bit thin and fizzy but ok for the style/beer that it is.

12 oz bottle. Thanks Samp01 for sharing. Pours hazy golden with long lasting, creamy, white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of wheat malt, sourdough, and hints of spices and pears. Body is medium and smooth. A lot of spices, wheat malt, citrus fruit fill the mouth. Finish is long and spicy. Overall it is nicely made wit.

Pours a hazy golden color with little head. Aroma is light, mostly wheat. There is a lot of wheat, a light spice and a lot of musty orange peel. The peel is strong and not mixing with the hops at all. Medium light on the palate.

Ar: Peaches and banana - orange peel, clove, and a bit of clean malt. Ap: Cloudy gold - medium-large white head with pretty good retention, leaving a medium-small cap of foam. T: Some light clean malt up front - clove, orange peel, and ginger - the spicing tastes sort of stale and dull - spicy finish, with some banana, low bitterness. P: Medium body with medium-high carbonation - finish is dry. O: No huge flaws, but the flavors just donít come together and, overall, the beer doesnít taste very fresh and bright.

UPDATED: JAN 15, 2013 Very smooth caramel tones with nice hint of the holiday spices. Aftertaste is similar to their basic ale, wish it was just a bit darker or had a heavier aftertaste.

Bottle: † Hazy straw in color, moderate foamy white head, spotty lacing. † Orange peel and corriander up front, but also some cinnamon and nutmeg. † Belgian Wit crossed with Pumpkin? † I guess I think Pumpkin with the cinnamon and nutmeg, but I guess given the timing I will try and think of it as some sort of holiday cookie. † Feels a bit wheaty, body and mouthfeel are moderate. † Finishes just as it started, flavor from start to finish, citrusy, corriander, nutmeg, and cinnamon. † Interesting combination. † To me its like a combination of summer and autumn, but I will overlook that and think about the label... white christmas. † Who the hell doesnít want a white christmas?
