As crisp as the first snowfall of the year, this unfiltered white ale is blended with holiday spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, & orange peel. The familiar citrus and wheat characters of the ale are complimented by the warmth of the spices for a festive brew that’s perfect for the season.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy straw color with a white head. No lacing. Slight sour aroma with some yeast. Thin body, smooth flavor of some wheat and spices, clean finish. Nothing to get excited about, but it’s not bad.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy orangey color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light ginger notes with some coriander notes also perceptible. Taste is a mix between some light notes of wheat with some coriander and ginger notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but really nothing to write home about either.

Aroma: Light cereal notes with hints of doughiness. Spiciness throughout. Appearance: Cloudy blonde with rich, white head. Taste: Light bitterness with hints of spicy sweetness at the edges, but all very faint. Palate: Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, minimal finish. Overall: Very weak and watery beer. Extremely disappointing.

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2012 pale in color with a cloudy tinge to it. has a soft spicy smell to it with a hint of citrus. You can taste the cinnamon and nutmeg pretty clearly, almost leaves a dry feeling on the tongue, it has a citrus finish. It goes down smooth and when poured from a bottle it produces a light fizzy head that disappears quickly.

Bottle to pint. Looks solid; a cloudy orange with off-white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells doughy and spicy with citrus notes. Tastes Like it smells with an average mouthfeel. A decent witbier.
