As crisp as the first snowfall of the year, this unfiltered white ale is blended with holiday spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, & orange peel. The familiar citrus and wheat characters of the ale are complimented by the warmth of the spices for a festive brew that’s perfect for the season.

This is just one of those beers. Most of my friends loved it. I did not like it that much. It does have a nice balance of hops and spice that I really like. What I don’t like is it has a banana flavor. I just do not like banana. If it was orange (which I think would work really well with this beer) it would be great. You should try this beer because lots of people like it.

Pour is a hazy yellow color with a quickly disapearing white head. Nose is some banana, nutmeg and ginger bread. Taste is some wheat, yeast and some hops with some lingering spices. It has a medium body. Not bad

Sampled thanks to kristen bringing home the christmas pack this year :) Pours a semi hazy straw with good white head. The aroma is a bit boring wheat. But the flavor brings the spices and orange peel. I’d be interested to try this next to their white ale and see the difference? Finish of bitter lemon pith.

Pours a dark golden pale with a very fine lace. Nose is eggy and banana like with a touch of nutmeg clovy spice. Nails the carbonation. Adds a creamy element. Flavor is quite complex. Bread and ginger with a subtle hint of cinnamon spice. Hops are just barely finishing out. Not bad at all. ---That dog will hunt!

Pours a hazy pale orange-yellow. Aroma is spicy with citrus and nutmeg. Flavor is definitely spicy. A smooth white ale with lots of cinnamon nutmeg and clove flavor. Solid, drinkable beer.

Yay, first rating! 12 ounce bottle from a Kroger. Winter sampler. Pours a lightly hazy orange color with a thin tan head that quickly fades. Aroma of pale wheat, huge nutmeg notes with some cinnamon and citrus. The taste is wheat, citrus, nutmeg, faint hops. Medium bodied. Maybe a tad bit overspiced, but a solid beer. Eggnoggy almost.
