3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
This was okay. The sweetness of a wit with the spices of a wit. If spicing had been more aggressive and backed by some hoppy bitterness, this would’ve been better, but it is definitely drinkable. Tried at Neil’s in 2012.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours hazy straw, with a white head. Some aroma of wheat, and some weak spice (nutmeg?). Crisp, indeed, but too light for me.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pour from a 12oz bottle. Light colored hazy brew with small white head. Aroma of wheat, spice. Taste is wheat / wit with a bit of spice in the finish. IMO, the wheat and spice don’t get along too well.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
I agree with the reviews that say Christmas spices + wheat beer === strange. I did find it an interesting experiment, not revolting, but probably won’t buy more.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with minimal white head. Aroma of cinnamon and oranges. Interesting flavor, with wheat and yeast character of this beer mixing with the orange and cinnamon notes. Light and smooth finish. Nice holiday beer.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured a pretty hazy deep gold with a wispy head. Nose of faint spice. I found that the spices lent themselves well with the style. Refreshing and still had that "holiday" feel to it.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: DEC 29, 2013 Bottle. Murky light orange pour with a smaller white head. Christmas spices on top of a wheat beer - this is strange stuff. Not unpleasant, but not great either.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
this beer had a hazy dull yellow and orange pour, the pour made a one finger white head that receded to a thin cover and ring, this drink left some spots and partial rings of lacing on the sides of the glass, the bottle had a ring (about 1/8” wide or less) of light and medium brown sediment on the bottom,
the aromas were wheat, orange fruit and vanilla with nutmeg spice in the background, faint floral and honey sweetness,
it had flavors of wheat, some bread malt, citrus and some spice that was more nutmeg than cinnamon,
the finish was dry,
the mouth feel was less than medium with nice carbonation on the tongue,
the spices were in the background and not overbearing which was good for me, this was a good beer but nothing about it makes me want to buy more, you may like it more than I did, I prefer a traditional Wit beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Two fingers of head, held well. Cloudy, medium straw colored body.
Smell a lot of spices: cinnamon, nutmeg and some citrus, but I can’t place it. It smells festive.
Taste like orange and the above spices. The mildest of bitterness at the end.
Soft texture, surprising but nice. Medium body, low carbonation. Almost like sipping on a cloud.
Really not bad. Not my favorite style, but this one is put together well.
