2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Not sure what to think about this one. It had the aroma of a witbier but heavily spiced. The color was cloudy yellow gold with a big fizzy head. Nothing unique or heavy about the palate. The tastes were confusing. Parts of wheat, citrus, cinnamon and nutmeg. However, they weren’t balanced and just lumped together. It seemed like an effort to make a Christmas themed beer that didn’t quite work.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured into a perfect pint.
3.0 A: Lightly hazed yellow orange color. Two fingers of frothy white head. Retention is a touch below average and just a wisp or two of lacing is left.
3.5 S: Quite a pleasant aroma. Big coriander with peppery and slightly bready yeast. Just enough sweetness from a neutral maltiness. Simple, but nice.
3.75 T: It tastes even better than it smells. Coriander and peppery spiciness. Sweet neutral malts. Hints of cinnamon and wintry spices.
4.0 M: Medium body. Pleasantly creamy with good moderate carbonation. Supremely smooth.
5.0 D: Supremely drinkable. I could put this down all night.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours clear, bubbly golden with a thick but not long-lasting snow-white head. Aroma presents yeasty and fruity notes, not strong but welcoming. Flavor is stronger and more complex, wheaty with hints of spice, citrus and - salt? Mouthfeel features typical body and fizz. Drink it at a party or while watching one of those timeless holiday specials for the umpteenth time.

High carbonation with overwhelming spices. The spice to hop ratio is off leaving this a weird brew.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
bottle @ Jungle Jims / Eastgate OH --- Hazy medium orange amber color, white head cover, swirls of lace. Aroma of malt and light nutmeg. Taste is nothing more than a lighter colored version of a pumpkin ale. Spice is there, along with more sense of pumpkin than malt. A little watery; not satisfying.

1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
Very disappointed in the flavor of this beer. It could best be described as sour. No hints of cinnamon or nutmeg at all. Finishes with a very skunky taste.
