Taste has a moderate amount of orange and citrus, but there is also a big spice presence including the nutmeg and cinnamon. Finishes a bit watery, but it’s drinkable. Rather odd Belgian White. Looks like a wheat beer, but doesn’t taste much like one.

Bottles. I really like white beers, and this was no exception. Malty, bready, full of hops and orange - taste is sweet and refreshing as well. Pretty good beer, I really liked it. Probably will be getting more of this come Christmas time.

Pours with a hazy yellow hued body with a lasting and retentive tan head. Aromas are not quite as estery as you would expect a wit to be. Quite malty with lots of spices. Flavor is similar with distinct notes of each individual spice. A rich bready and crackery malt character. Fuller carbonation, off-dry.

12 oz bottle. Pours golden, moderately hazy, with a white head. Citrus and coriander aroma. Flavor seems very different from the aroma, with cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove spices, some wheat, with pear hints. Not a lot of wheatiness, but I’m actually a bit surprised at this. It’s a very nice light spiced beer.

12oz bottle in a tumbler. Pours golden with an off-white head. Aroma of light spices, a little wheat, hints of hops, and light malts. Flavor the same, with everything pretty light. Light to average texture. Not bad but not great.

UPDATED: JUN 8, 2013 Bottle at Ungstrup’s. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with small white head. Clear aroma of flowers and nutmeg with subtle hoppy notes. Dark, sweetish and spicy aroma of nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, hops and malt. Sweetish aftertaste. Nice.
