2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Pours hazy-cloudy orange with a very small, fizzy white head, short to no retention or lacing. Aroma is orange, light caramel and toast malt, spicy wheat malt, cinnamon and nutmeg with faint earthy hops. Flavor is spicy wheat malt, spices, light citrus notes and a sweet finish. Light body and carbonation. The toast malt is problematic in this beer. Yuck!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle @ home, picked up at Supermarket in Fort Collins. Pours a cloudy golden orange appearance with a white head. Very spicy, nutmeg, huge orange peel, a bit yeasty, a bit herbal aroma. Chewy, big orange peel, zesty cinnamon, nutmeg bready, citrusy flavor. A lot seems to be overdone in this beer but overall, it’s not that hard to drink.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Yay, first rating! 12 ounce bottle from a Kroger. Winter sampler. Pours a lightly hazy orange color with a thin tan head that quickly fades. Aroma of pale wheat, huge nutmeg notes with some cinnamon and citrus. The taste is wheat, citrus, nutmeg, faint hops. Medium bodied. Maybe a tad bit overspiced, but a solid beer. Eggnoggy almost.

Slightly hazy golden color with a medium foamy white head that evaporates steadily Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Citrus, wheat and spice in the nose. 3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Capone’s. Pours turbid straw colored toward orange with 1-finger frothy white head. Nose is spicy orange zest, coriander, hopcitrus, Tastes semi-sweet, with upfront notes of orange zest, malt, and then a spice medley kicks in, with the coriander and x-mas spices hitting the tongue. This one is unique, although not terribly complex.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours with a hazy yellow hued body with a lasting and retentive tan head. Aromas are not quite as estery as you would expect a wit to be. Quite malty with lots of spices. Flavor is similar with distinct notes of each individual spice. A rich bready and crackery malt character. Fuller carbonation, off-dry.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottled. Poured brighter golden with a short-lived white head. The aroma picked up cinnamon an nutmeg over soft bready malts.. fresh citrus as it warmed.. warm and welcoming. The flavor found bread and doughy malts at the core with cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange peel around... malty overall.. tasty stuff. Light-medium bodied and chewy on the palate.. good use of spillage.. really good.
