3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours hazy gold with a creamy white head. Make that dirty hazy. Aroma is primarily citrus. Med body, or nearly. Flavor is wheat with zest and very light pepper/spice. Much tastier than many a wheat beer.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz served in an Allagash cervoise
A - Pours golden brass with a slight haze with a stark white whipped head. Good retention and lacing.
S - Spiced aroma, cloves, coriander, pepper, sweet citrus, candy sweet malt, wheat husks.
T - Chalky wheat, soft orange, white pepper, light honey sweetness, not as sweet as the nose. The clove and coriander are more subdued as well. A tad watery but has a refreshing lemon note on the finish.
M - Full lush feel, carbonation makes for a light smooth body.
Tasty wit here. It’s not groundbreaking but is smooth and goes down very easy and is pretty good all around. It is a tad watery but still good.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Lemon and other citrus fruit aroma - very delicate wheat aroma. Flavor is a light wheat/pale malt with a big orange peel and coriander spice notes. Spices are almost too powerful and dominate the beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Dark gold, some haze, quite surprisingly very little head. Aroma is spritzy coriander and spice with a pleasant hit of orange citrus. Flavor starts off grainy, then hints at citrus, before moving into a moderate leaning towards heavy coriander and peppery finish. Rather full bodied actually. Missed the note on refreshing, but not bad.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured into a shaker. Hazy orange color with a cream colored head. Aroma is wheat and light yeasty notes. Flavor is wheat and tangerine. The tangerine adds a nice fruity note without being overwhelming or artificial. Light bodied with crisp carbonation. Overall a pretty good witbier.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Also part of the spring sampler, this Belgian white is a good beer. It is true to style with the orange and coriander flavors and has a crispness to it. It has a pretty good color and big head typical of these beers.it is a very solid beer and worth trying.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 oz bottle. Pours a light golden grain color with a thin white ring. Aroma of burnt grains, sweet cereal malts, coriander, and hints of orange. The orange is very subtle on the palate. Mostly taste the sweet cereal and grains. A bit of a burnt tinge to it. A slight spice in the finish. Pretty boring.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
From a bottle smells a little soapy. Taste is spiced white beer, but not over the top. Not bad I guess. Yes, a little more spicey than yer typical white beer. Finish has a tad of that mild ale bitteness on the back of the throat.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Nose is mostly citrus, but there’s an odd and discordant floral undertone -- almost like roses? Pours hazy gold with a high, lacy white head. Round and sweet on the front of the palate, but I’m still getting that weird rosy thing; it reminds me of scented toilet paper, for gods’ sake. Please don’t squeeze the witbier? Finishes long and that floral note hangs around and makes itself comfortable. Can’t get into this one.
