3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured from bottle. Nice fruity aroma. Cloudy gold, thin white head. Has all the right flavors - fruit, citrus, coriander, spice, pepper and yeast - but it is too watery and lacks depth. Would make a fine lawnmower beer tho.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Location: 12 oz bottle from Sparrow-Downtown, 3/1/13
Aroma: The aroma is citrus/orange zest, some wheat, and plenty of coriander/spice
Appearance: It pours a hazy gold-orange color with a small off-white head and light lace
Flavor: Tastes much the same, lots of orange and other citrus with plenty of spice and some wheat
Palate: The body is light-medium, it has average-plus carbonation, and a lasting, tingly finish
This is a pretty solid one. It is nothing special, but it feels fairly on style, and is sessionable and enjoyable enough. It probably goes without saying, but I’d be significantly happier to see this one on a menu then a Blue Moon.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours a hazy light orange with a fluffy head that lingers for a bit and then collapses with no lacing. Aroma is orange rind, coriander, wet hay, and yeast. Taste is light and citrusy at first, but leads to an astringent yeast and citrus peel that detracts from the experience. Reminds me strikingly of the first batch of Sima (Finnish fermented lemonade) that I made with too much yeast and forgot to remove the lemon rind. Refreshing and crisp enough, but this further reinforces that I do not like wheat beers.

Pours a hazed golden with nice light white head. Wheaty-citrus aroma. Light (with signature Sam maltiness) and defined orangey-tangerine notes in the finish.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with foamy head that dissipates quickly. Tart, spicy taste that isn’t backed up by any malt. I generally like Wits but this one didn’t do it for me. I can’t quite put my finger on why, though.
