COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Belgian style white ales have a long history of unique ingredients, as brewers experimented with spices discovered during the spice trade. For our hazy brew we found a refreshing combination of crisp wheat, the tangy sweetness of tangerine & orange peel, and the subtle spiciness of coriander & grains of paradise. Cheers!

Bottle. Slightly cloudy rich yellow with foamy large white head, light citrus aroma, sweetish citrus infused taste, abrupt finish. A bit weak for a Sam Adams.

Bottle pour. Lots of head, but fades quickly. Pours cloudy golden color. Light aroma with small hints of citrus. Very crisp and light going down. Light flavor with a very clean finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours cloudy yellow with a thick head. Tastes like Budweiser--not what I'm looking for in a Sam Adams.

12 fl oz bottle from CJ’s (Potsdam, NY), served cool in a tulip glass.

App.: Slightly hazy golden with a thin white head. Aroma: Wheat, boiled cereals and straw with a slightly restrained perfume of lemony/earthy coriander, somewhat floral. Palate: Medium body, fine, restrained carbonation. Flav.: Much more perfumed than the nose, quite floral, light citrus, restrained wheat/malt/cereal character; dry with minimal bitterness and a perfumed, wheaty finish.

Not what my palate likes in a Wit.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden orange with white head. Okay witbier. Overall mild flavors. A little clove and citrus.

Pours a slightly hazy, amber color with a white head. Aroma is fairly light with wheat, caramel malts, and a hint of lemon. Flavor is the same with plenty of the wheat flavor. A little more lemon comes out on the flavor than what was in the aroma.

The color is an opaque golden with a large pillowy white head that fades quickly, and the aroma blends yeast, orange peel, and wheat. The taste is slightly sweet and a touch sour, and the palate has a medium body, slick yet thick texture, soft carbonation, slightly wheat-filled finish.

355ml bottle. Banana yellow, nice head, some lacing, hazy. Not much aroma, some coriander. Coriander in the taste is offset by some orange and citrus peel. Overall, manages to be pretty balanced, but I’m not personally a fan of this kind of spiciness.

From a bottle. A slightly hazy body with a white head that had nice retention and lace. Some spice notes on the aroma, subtle fruit and a bread quality. Flavor was mellow. Mild pepper and orange peel upfront. Wheat notes were slightly sweet and there was an almost tart finish to it. Smooth and easy to drink. Okay overall.
