3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. Cloudy, unfiltered looking pale yellow with a frothy light head like the way I prefer my Wits. The aroma does have a dough-like, lemon/orange citrus note, and pale malts upfront but there is also something kind of musty about it. The body is light to medium. The taste is better than the aroma suggests it would be. A good spicy and citrus flavor with a mildly lingering finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at home in Salisbury. Pours mostly clear gold with a fine, white foam head. Lots of orange, dough and wheat and coriander in the aroma. Medium sweet flavor with slightly sugary bready malts, spices, orange peel, coriander. Light to medium bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Sweet finish with just the faintest licks of bitterness, lots more bread, lightly toasted sugars, wheat, spices and citrus. Straight-ahead stuff. Not much nuance but easy to drink.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz bottle. Pours a hazy bright straw color with a one finger frothy white head with good retention. Aromas of bright citrus notes, soft esters and a light wheat malt. Taste starts off wheaty and fruity with orange peel and citrus, then goes into the spices which last into the finish. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Strong lemon flavor with yeast and malt, banana, spice (light), then a very long and lingering finish. A bit unnatural. Not my favorite example of the style.

2.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
A honey coloured beer, not much of an aroma, but a very pleasant taste, a hint of orange and tangerine. The coriander is a vague memory on the palate. The palate is mild and transient.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Orangey hazy pour some head. Smells strongly of coriander and citrus... real juicy. Tastes the same with more pepperiness. Palate is a little see-through watery, but otherwise it’s tasty enough.
