COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Belgian style white ales have a long history of unique ingredients, as brewers experimented with spices discovered during the spice trade. For our hazy brew we found a refreshing combination of crisp wheat, the tangy sweetness of tangerine & orange peel, and the subtle spiciness of coriander & grains of paradise. Cheers!

12oz bottle from spring mix pack. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is candied lemon, sweet citrus, coriander, and mild spice. Flavor follows nicely with big a big sweet lemon in the finish. Medium in body and lingering sweet citrus in the finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cloudy dark amber. Fizzy shrinking white head. Sharp spice scent. Weird flavour; vanilla, soap, yeast and mild pepper.

From a bottle smells a little soapy. Taste is spiced white beer, but not over the top. Not bad I guess. Yes, a little more spicey than yer typical white beer. Finish has a tad of that mild ale bitteness on the back of the throat.

12 oz. bottle. Very similar to all the other seasonal witbiers from SA in the pastÖ It pours a nice semi clear golden color with a shrinking white head. The aroma jumps out with ginger, tangerine, orange peel and wheat. The flavor has more tangerine, wheat and citrus peel, but too heavy and sweet to be really exciting. Not a bad beer by any means, but it needs to be dryer and lighter to showcase the subtleties.

Bad label, foggy pear gold brew, thin bubbly head. Danish pastry aroma, yeasty, orange, lightly sweet; has a doggy tone at times. Wow, I really like this. Thereís a definite black pepper tone to the beer, and it leans towards being savory. Like pepper on a jammy biscuit; tangy, lightly sweet, honey tones. Biscuity on the lips. Lightish body, crisp. Publix, I-10.

Part of the 2013 Spring Thaw Variety Pack - $12.99 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Appearance: Pours out a hazy, darkish golden body with a smallish, receding, white head.

Smell: Bright, cheery orangey citrus note atop the wheat malt and redolent spice mix.

Taste: Malted wheat with a touch of breadiness and sugared sweetness. Spritzy citrus character as the carbonation crackles across the tongue, fast followed by the spices, the Grains of Paradise with its characteristic peppery bite. Very minor hop character, bitterness, letting the citrus additions and spices take on that role.

Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-plus carbonation.

Overall: Minus the GoP, itís not particularly distinguishable from a Blue Moon, and, after Summer and Coastal Wheat, Iím really not sure they needed another light, wheat-based, Grains of Paradise-dosed anything.

Office Party: Pours light orange, slightly hazy, with a white head. Aroma is spice, lemon, and a bit of orange. Taste is sweet and very lemony. Tastes almost like a radler. Soda-like. Yes, I am sure that I didnít take a porchrocker.

Rated on 11-04-2013 (Bottle) This beer pours a large white head that mostly diminished, hazy pale yellow body, fast rising carbonation, and a good amount of lacing. The Aroma is wheat malt, orange, semi-sweet, spicy, and coriander. The Taste is sweet, orange, wheat malt, tangy, and lightly spicy. The Palate is smooth and this is a light bodied beer. Overall, this is a refreshing beer and can be considered a session beer. A beer I would consider drinking again.

bottle. Golden with small head. Spicy wit. Quite a bit of coriander. Decent, but average.

12 oz. Hazy topaz with a large head that settles to a lasting disc. Aroma is citric acid, coriander, yeasty bread dough and crackers. Taste is way too much citrus peel for me, with some faint spicy bread showing in the aftertaste. It seems to be the tangerine peel thatís over the top. Near-medium body is balanced, with medium carbonation and finishes acidic-dry.
