3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Whitewater IPA is a true-blue IPA as I know them. Itís light, very crisp, absolutely drenched in hops from top to bottom. It has that kind of citrus thing going on that I associate with IPAs. Kind of a grapefruit flavor. The bitterness is throughout the taste.

I predict White IPAís will be all the craze starting this year, and continuing into 2013. So far, with the few I have had, I am very pleased.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Good 1 inch head that does not fade. Hazy yellow color. Smells and tastes of grapefruit. Cant really taste the pine or apricot listed on the label. Not to hoppy. Soft after taste. Would drink more often.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
The beer pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma has a ton of pine and grapefruit notes. Overall, the beer smells very fruity. The flavor is mainly made up of pineapple and other tropical fruit, with some wheat and a little bit of biscuit malt. I also get a light to medium bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Fairly balanced IPA. Very refreshing and it has a wonderful bite to it. Go Sam Adams.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottle. soft nose of muddled yeast, wheat and hops, thatís about what itís supposed to be, right? this is, itís rather dull, quiet and neutral. creamy texture with a round and full body; again mild and neutral wheat, hops and yeast, a stew, basically, without any distinct flavors standing out or showing any dominance. the apricots are there, I guess. who knows. does it matter? no, just like everything else.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Lemon citrus with some malty caramel. Finish is more lemon, a sticky sweetness (apricots?) and mild bitterness.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
full of wheat so as to taste like a root vegetable with some sugary sweetness and a trace of butter. A nice grapefruit citrus hop adds dimension and improves the body which of course would seem light. Some fresh bright lemon and you have these three flavors bouncing around in your palate. A bit of fresh sharp pine in the suds? Not a bad thing!

Super hazy sunshiney with a clingy white head.
Pine, citrus pith, spicy
Doesnt taste like much...but bitter...weird sweetness takes over by the end .
