Palate is caramelly sweet but not heavily sweet, and light in flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, and overall malty sweetness.
This is a very light version of a winter beer, as far as winter beers go, normally. However, I think this wheat lager was clearly intended to be this way. Easy drinking.
Fratto (670), Arlington, Texas, USA Sep 13, 2009 A little wheat and maybe chocolate, nice ginger and spice aroma that shows up in the flavor as well. A good reason to look forward to the cold season. drowland (1360), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Aug 26, 2009 12oz bottle. It’s not the best thing in the world, but compared to some of the other SA stuff, I’m stoked for this to come out in the winter.
