Overall a simple easy drinking balanced with a hint of spice beer. After a pint it is lacking complexity but for what it is its not bad. Caramel and some nuttyness with winter spices.

I like the spicy flavor of this one. I remember it being pretty thick, but very tasty. Not exactly a beer you want to drink in quantity though.

Nice beer overall- pours a rich copper colour, with a small to medium sized tan head thats gone before you know it. moderately sweet and bready A tummy warmer with lots to offer, dark fruit- particularly cherries and apples.

I very quality lager for the warming of the cheeks. I drank it for most of December and just finished my last bottle. It is a bit spicy like many winter beers with some other layers of a good flavor.

We had this in the bottle last Labor Day and I forgot to rate it. A darker lager, almost like a hefeweizen. Flavors are rich are warming and slightly spicy.

Overly sweet with too little spice to it. Flavor has some vanilla in it as well as some carmel. Nothing special at all and not really my style

Nothing really stands out in this bock. Just a normal weizen bock. Not bad overall.

Aroma: Caramel malts, diacetyl, apple jelly, sugar, and citric hops. Appearance: Bold, brick red-orange with just barely off-white head; compliments the Christmas tree well. Flavor: A smooth caramel malt base balanced with woody/resiny hops. The bottle claims that this beer has been brewed with "winter spices," but I honestly cannot taste them at all, except perhaps for an EXTREMELY understated nutmeg character. Tangy yeast adds an interesting edge, but otherwise this is more or less just an average red lager. Palate: Smooth and clean; flavorful without being aggressive or overpowering. I think this will go well with my Christmas dinner. Overall: Very drinkable, but I long for something with a bit more presence.
