Pours a more reddish amber color with a white head. Subtle fruit and spice flavor, not bad but significantly better on tap.

A decent offering from Sam Adams. Didn’t seem quite as compromised as some of their other "seasonal brews" nothing great but I hear it is better on tap. Wouldn’t buy again

On tap. Clear amber color with a small white head. Smells of sweet malts, some fruit, and spice. Flavor has a really good malt character. Some toffee and spice. Not as much body as I would like from a winter lager.

A spice like aroma - I like the aroma, the appearence is not as great as I had thought it was in my head. The flavor is satisfying and worth drinking while hanging out.

I was very impressed with this seasonal beer after buying it in a grocery store. Great spices to give it a nice taste. I love the light blue label!

Tap at Fridays. Poured dark amber with small off white that didn’t last. Light aroma of malt. Light malt flavor that finished rather harsh. I had this before and I don’t remember the alcohol being that harsh.

Nice drinkable beer with a light malt sweetness. Well balanced taste, goes down smooth. Will buy again.
