ThaBobfather (130), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA May 11, 2008 I very quality lager for the warming of the cheeks. I drank it for most of December and just finished my last bottle. It is a bit spicy like many winter beers with some other layers of a good flavor.
TungstenGT (8), Birmingham, Alabama, USA does not count Aug 3, 2008 This is one of my favorite of the SA seasonal offerings, second only to the Octoberfest. It’s very smooth and tastes so good. No after taste. derekbang (93), Indiana, USA Jul 12, 2008 Had this as part of a gift/assortment pack. Very fruity, as expected, and for a wheat beer, which I’m not a big fan, it was acceptable. Probably would not select on my own accord. Todeon (156), Höllviken, Sweden Jul 11, 2008 Bottle. Reallty intense redbrown color. Aroma is a bit fruity with some nutty notes also. Flavor is malty with some caramel and fruity notes with a sweet finish. BlockBrew (50), West Lafayette, Indiana, USA Jul 5, 2008 I had this brew a while back and what I remember most is that I did not enjoy this beer at all. I’m going to give it another shot when it comes around this year and give it a re-rate. But for now, just based on lasting impression on memory, one of my least favorites. azlondon (468), Greater London, England Jun 30, 2008 Appearance: Chestnut red. Nice amount of head.
