Only 2.8% so good for all afternoon summer drinking. Very pale blonde, fizzy, not unpleasant.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at the Swan and Cygnets in Durham.
Appearance - golden with loads of carbonation than a nice head.
Nose - slight sulphur or flatulence note. Then sweetcorn.
Taste - light citrus and a touch if metal and herbs on the finish.
Palate - light bodied with a thin body and a fairly refreshing finish.
Overall - difficult to produce something tasty at this ABV.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Keg at Fitzroy Tavern. Pale yellow, lightly sparkling, clear, small white head. Body is light, soft carbonation, foamy. Taste is very light, some floral notes but pretty metallic. Not as good as the impressive ’Pure Brewed Organic’.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap@Princess Louise, London (RBESG 10/08/2014) - pale golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is grassy and light hoppy, straw, splash of citrus lemon on the palate, crisp pale malts. (Used to drink this in the Chandos allot years back when it went 2.8%, and its still a decent quaffable low abv lager)

On tap at The Chandos. Pale gold lasting white head. It’s not horrible is a shocker. Even some lemon. Actually I like it. Light hoppy and zesty. Good.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Keg @ Doo’Cot Edinburgh
Very light blonde, fizzy white head, lots of streaming carb, some lacing
Aroma - very light pale malts, hint of corn, very little aroma
Taste - Thin light corn malts, hint of cereal hop, slight buttery slickness, watery, no nasty off flavours but still bland
Palate - High carb, light body, slightly oily. Finish - hmm...cold and fizzy
Overall - I thought this was going to be rubbish - it wasn’t too bad as a weak lager. I’d certainly drink it over Carlsberg or Foster’s as it didn’t taste terrible - just wasn’t much going on at all
