3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Keg at Fitzroy Tavern. Very pale yellow, lightly sparkling, decent foamy white head (not used to that on a cider). Aroma is gluey, apple juice, alcohol. Body is medium to light, soft carbonation, pretty smooth. Taste is apple-forward, minerally, not overly sweet, dry finish. Very drinkable. The commercial description shows that it’s made in a pretty artificial way...but I enjoyed my half pint.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 10/20
This was poured into a pint glass and a wine glass.
The appearance was the same in both: light hazy yellow to orange color with a decent transparency allowing a bubbly carbonation seen rising.
The smell had some sweet apples and that was about it.
The taste was basically the same.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body. Sessionability was somewhat there. The carbonation wanted to show a slight harshness but still it also showed a subtle satisfactory subtlety.
Overall, solid on the palate, everything else is just mediocre. Probably wouldn’t go after this again.
