Keg at the Golden Ball, Scarborough. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light pale malt, cereal. Taste is more grains, light astringent finish. Good value!

Pours a thin head on a clear light straw body. The aroma is mild lemon. The taste is close to flavorless, mild honey sweetness. The texture is crisp. Not a great beer.

Keg at the Anchor Tap, 03/01/15. Clear pale golden with a decent white covering. Nose is clean, pale malt, straw, light citric peel, faint smoke, grain. Taste comprises pale malt, light bread notes, grain, grassy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent clean pale lager.

Keg at the anchor tap. Clear pale golden coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is pale mineral, fresh grains. Flavour is composed of crisp mineral, light grains, light honey. Really clean. Palate is crisp, moderate carbonation. Very drinkable.

On keg at the Swan and Cygnets in Durham. Appearance - pale golden with a proportionate head. Nose - caramel and biscuits. Honeycomb on the finish. Taste - more Crunchie Bar. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - decent lager if a bit sweet.

(keg) clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of grass, slightly yeasty and green, with a hint of floral hops and straw. flavour is more herbal hops and some nettles, with a clean pale malty profile and just a hint of lactic acid in the finish. slightly watery body with average carbonation. surprisingly ok.
