3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a lightly hazed yellowish color with a two finger head of fizzy white foam. The head has a good level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave a large sum of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is huge of an apricot jam smell mixed with some other lighter peach smells.
Taste – The taste begins with a sweet apricot jam taste that has a little bit of toast mixed within. The jammy sweetness fades a bit more toward the end only to be replaced by a bit of a more crisp apricot taste, giving a thick and sweet, but refreshing and authentic apricot flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is on the average side in terms of thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is rather high. For the sweet flavors of the brew the high carbonation is great and makes for a more effervescent desert style brew.
Overall – This was a rather nice desert style brew. It had an authentic apricot taste and aroma and a very nice easy drinking feel. You will want to be in the mood for a sweeter brew if you take this on, but if so you will likely enjoy this one as it is quite nice.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Orange and yellow hazy beer. Little white head vanished quickly. Lots of apricote in aroma, also some grain. Taste is fresh, bitter and apricote. Nice fruit beer for summertime.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from Malt & Vine. Pours hazy "apricot" gold with a 4 finger creamy beige head. The aroma is apricot skin. Med body, almost. Flavor is apricot and mixed grain. Surely wheat is there. It’s neither sweet nor bitter. Fairly floral as well as apricot. Certainly a nice drink.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
This is a surprisingly well done beer. The apricot consumes everything but not in an unpleasant way. Well done.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Cloudy yellow with a generous white head. Nice apricot aroma. Odd becasue I wouldn’t previously have thought of apricots as having a very distinctive aroma. Flavour is a supreme balance of malt and fruit with a touch of wheat. The apricot is very well rendered. A touch oversweet on the finish. This is probably the best fruit beer I’ve tasted.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
550ml brown bottle. Hazy gold pour, somewhat noisy white cap that settles to a nice inch or so of rocky foam. Strong apricot fruit nose, jammy, floral. taste has some fruit sweetness up front, gains the tart and tangy character from the fruit midway, slight lemony note, dries up a bit in the finish, notes of grainy malt. Medium body and carbonation. Fruits hit their mark here, tastes pretty natural and not overly sweet. Well done, would drink this again.

3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a hazy -- well -- apricot colored. (Duh, huh?) Head is high and white with large grains and lace. The nose is superlative -- avoiding the candied extremes that fruit beers are prone to. This just smells like apricot preserves, rich, floral, and sweet. Apricot is dominant on the front of the palate, but a malty and bitter midpalate finishes with more clean, vibrant fruit. Anyone who wants to make a fruit beer should drink this first.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Golden coloured with a very strong aroma of apricots which follows though into the rich fruity apricot flavoured body. There’s a warming sweetness followed by a slight tart and biscuity finish.
