550 ml into strange glass. Pours almost a blood red/purple, like a raspberry puree. High carbonation and a soapy light pink head with good retention leaving laces on the glass. Nose is tart raspberries and esters. Taste is sweet, raspberries, some malt and a crisp dry finish leaving a subtle raspberry flavor on the palate. Somewhat dull mouthfeel, but an overall great beer, id purchase again.

Leftovers from Christmas. Sweet raspberry nose. Med body with more raspberry. Sweet overall and a good fruit beer but not my thing.

Pours a clear lovely dark garnet. World class head volume, retention and lacing. Outstanding rich nose of sweet raspberry over a light biscuit. Light medium body with a smooth texture that has creamy moments due to the superb carbonation. Above normal carbonation with a nice effervescence from the middle on. The flavor profile is very good, but is a bit short in intensity when compared to their cherry variant. Complexity and balance are good. It begins with slightly sweet raspberry that approaches tart in the middle. A hint of herbal hops emerge in the middle over a soda like sweetness undertone. The finish is a slow effervescent fade of slightly tart raspberry over a residual biscuit sweetness.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Thompson. Hazy reddish color, average sized off-white to pinkish head. Smell and taste are both quite sweet, sweet candy, a bit artificial actually. Nah, too sweet for me. And a bit artificial imo, or at least I get that association. Not a fan.

Looks like sparkling cranberry juice. With a pink frothy head that dissipates quickly. The flavour is much more juice than beer. Quite refreshing but a lack of alcohol flavour.

Bottle - plum red with a light pink fizzy head. Okay retention and some weak lace. Aroma of raspberry juice, wild flowers, grass. Taste is of raspberries, grass, earth, light tartness and a little soil in the finish. Medium body, medium carbonation.

500 ml bottle at home. Pours a slightly hazy reddish purple color with a small pinkish head that doesn’t last. The aroma and flavor have raspberry jam, some tart character, light pale malts, not much else, just a bit more bang than the cherry version.

Look: pours a deep red. White head with pink highlights. Very clear. Smell: raspberries. Strawberries. Very fruity. Taste: raspberries. Slight tartness. Sweet on the back. Feel: dry. Medium carbonation. Overall: not a bad beer. Like the fruitiness. First drank: home 2/15/15 Vintage:
