En meget behagelig frugtøl for os, der kan li’ hindbær. Dark red with a pink head. The aroma has notes of raspberries and a natural berry sourness and sweetness. The flavour has sweetness and berry-sourness and nice notes of raspberries with a hint of citrus. A pleasant fruit beer if you like raspberries.

from Bier-Bienne - cloudy reddish-brown beer under a long lasting pinkish foam; solid aroma of raspberries bubblegums; hugely sweet, medium-bodied and juicy; light herbal finish with strong notes of raspberries sweeties and lot of residual sugars

Bottle… Mostly clear, deep, burnt orange ale with a mid-sized, fluffy, off-white/pink/purple head. Great retention. The aroma is very reminiscent of New Glarus Raspberry Tart – just straight up raspberries. No big “fruit extract” component present here. Medium-bodied and milky with moderate carbonation. The flavor leans just a touch toward the sweet side of balance and is just a smidge tart. Faint medicinal element; otherwise, this brew is just fruity and tangy. Well made.

Bottle @ home, picked up at Supermarket Liquor Fort Collins. Pours a hazy plum appearances with an off white / a touch pinkish head. Juicy, tart, raspberry / cranberry, slightly sweet aroma. Somewhat goopy, raspberry purée, plum, tart berry, soda-like flavor. Best of the fruit renditions I’ve had by Samuel Smith. Pretty good.

Reddish pour. Lots of sweet and ripe raspberries and jam on the nose. Flavor is sweet with some light tartness. Good for what it is.

LCBO bottle, aka Melbourne Brothers raspberry, and certainly in their way of making beer. Sticky enough to attract flies. Reddish with pink foam. On the sweet side, medium mouthfeel. A good tartness. Very berry. Decent fruit beer.

Bottled. A vibrant dark red coloured beer with a short lived off-white head. Juicy raspberries throughout with the pips in constant evidence. A good base beer with super fruits added. Very tasty and moreish and stands up to the best Belgian fruit beers.
