COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Pasteurised.
The small and historical All Saints Brewery is located in Stamford, Lincolnshire - a region famous for excellent fruit. The Samuel Smith’s Organic Fruit Beers are brewed and fermented there, then transferred to Samuel Smith’s Brewery, in Tadcaster, for conditioning, aging, and packaging. The complex multiple yeast strains used to ferment these beers lead to a beautiful marriage with pure, rich Certified Organic fruit. Tasting notes: Strawberries offer a soft and subtle flavour, making the character of this fruit beer extremely sophisticated and refined. The smooth malt and aromatic strawberry flavours merge together in an elegant fashion, with the fresh flavours of ripe strawberries shining through.

Lots of carbonation, head that sticks around. Aroma of strawberry. Tastes of malt and bread crust and strawberries. Tastes a little too much of syrup. A bit sweet. Medium palette.

330ml bottle served in a pint glass. Pours a slightly cloudy amber color forming a medium and creamy off head with good retention that leaves tons of soapy and molasses lingering lacings in the glass as its drink. Nose is very sweet and fruity. Milky. Strong notes of strawberry candy. Strawberry yogurt. Taste follows the nose. A quite sweet upfront follows by some pale malts and flowery hops. Notes of strawberry candy and yogurt. Light metallic hints. Light hops bitterness it’s definitely made to be a dessert. Light body. Slightly molasses. Medium carbonation. Strawberry aftertaste. Good drinkability which is obviously compromised by its sweetness. Not that bad but...

355ml bottle. Clear deep amber color. Small size, white head, stays. Strong and sweet strawberry bubblegum aroma. Something tells me it’s not natural at all. Sweet and sour strawberry bubblegum. They promise strawberries and beer delivers.... strawberries. It’s like a mix of strawberry compote syrup and (any) beer. Bizarre brew.

Wonderful and pink foam on this organic fruit beer. Smells although the strawberry and a hint of hops. Tastes course of strawberries, but this fruit beer has - unlike the brewery’s cherry beer - also acidity and finally a little hop. Palate is far more comparable flavors with a lambic, and really, really like it. It is a lovely and unusual aperitif for a summer.

Horrible sweet childrens medicine even from afar. Disgusting sweet bubblegum and other sweeties, but some bumholes in it too. Super sweet taste, sticky and sugary. Ugh.
