COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Pasteurised.
The small and historical All Saints Brewery is located in Stamford, Lincolnshire - a region famous for excellent fruit. The Samuel Smithís Organic Fruit Beers are brewed and fermented there, then transferred to Samuel Smithís Brewery, in Tadcaster, for conditioning, aging, and packaging. The complex multiple yeast strains used to ferment these beers lead to a beautiful marriage with pure, rich Certified Organic fruit. Tasting notes: Strawberries offer a soft and subtle flavour, making the character of this fruit beer extremely sophisticated and refined. The smooth malt and aromatic strawberry flavours merge together in an elegant fashion, with the fresh flavours of ripe strawberries shining through.

UPDATED: MAY 18, 2016 From World Market. Very strawberry. On the negative side it was a bit sweet but it was rather refreshing and like the apricot ale it is more like fizzy juice with ale in it rather than ale with juice in it. Serving: Bottle

Pours murky red with average pink head. Aroma is strawberry, caramel, soap. Medium+ sweet, light bitter, light sour, short finish. Some funk and sourness could help fighting the overall sweetness, now itís just about some soda pop, good though.

Rich amber color; Medium body; Aroma of sweet malt, yeast, strawberries, floral, & caramel; Flavor of sweet malt, yeast, fruit (notably strawberries), and some spice; Dry finish; Nicely balanced; Solid.

Amber pour with a light haze and white head. Strong strawberry aroma. Over-powering strawberry taste. All fruit, but not much beer.

500ml bottle pours a apricot color topped with a sand head. Nose is big sweet strawberries vanilla and a light tartness. Taste is more of the heavy strawberry sweetness some vanilla and a odd end.

Bottle from Fyne Wines, Argyll. Light bronze, very few small bubbles, thin head; Aromas of fresh strawberries and cream, sweet rhubarb; Sweetish on the palate though not sickly, with a lovely sherbet spritz, medium body and full flavour intensity - though one-dimensional - of strawberries. If looking for a sweet fruit-beer which implicitly tastes like what the label says, this will be right up your street; If looking for a well-balanced beer with notes of fruit, this is probably not for you. Drinkable nonetheless - maybe one for the "Guilty Pleasures" chart...

Bottle shared at THT July. Clear dark golden with thin white head that dissolves quickly into some sparce bubbles. Big sweet strawberry syrup, jelly, on a malty backbone, little dust and taste of sugarreplacements. Over medium sweet. Medium or over mediumbody with soft carbonation.

Kauge (1591) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JUL 25, 2016
Bottle from Sip in Tallinn (Ä 4.20). BB Feb 2017. Pours a rather surprising hue of orange with perhaps only a hint of something reddish (possibly my imagination, or the dimly lit room). Headís small, off-white, showing some lace. The aroma is... hahahhaah, oh man, thatís some really straightforward strawberry lollipop... Wild strawberries rather than from the garden. But somehow in a lollipop shape, thatís for sure. Yet... strawberry Fanta from the late 1990s comes to mind. Tastes likewise, an overly sweet (sugared) fakeish wild strawberry flavour. No beeriness to be found whatsoever. Softish on the palate with very mellow carbonation, yet somehow more harsh and less soothing than the raspberry one had. Overall... too much like a soft drink, a sugar-loaded lemonade, even somewhat chemical in that regard. Teenagers would probably love to down this in shady areas if it were much cheaper.
