COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Pasteurised.
The small and historical All Saints Brewery is located in Stamford, Lincolnshire - a region famous for excellent fruit. The Samuel Smith’s Organic Fruit Beers are brewed and fermented there, then transferred to Samuel Smith’s Brewery, in Tadcaster, for conditioning, aging, and packaging. The complex multiple yeast strains used to ferment these beers lead to a beautiful marriage with pure, rich Certified Organic fruit. Tasting notes: Strawberries offer a soft and subtle flavour, making the character of this fruit beer extremely sophisticated and refined. The smooth malt and aromatic strawberry flavours merge together in an elegant fashion, with the fresh flavours of ripe strawberries shining through.

0.355 bottle. Clear, orange color and a small, off-white head. Aroma of raspberries and some dough - quite genuine. Taste is very sweet with sour notes and nothing more than strawberries can be felt. Medium body, slick texture, and average carbonation. Finish is short and neither as tasty nor as genuine as before. Overall a very nice beer for its style though not much of an input to the general beer culture.

Bready, lots of strawberry, strawberry soda. Tastes of vibrant strawberry with a mineral aftertaste. Minerality lingers long after the strawberry. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Not ’berry’ good.Taste a lot like a Strawberita. I prefer Abita Strawberry Harvest Ale.

355ml bottle from drinkmonger, Tollcross. Pours golden with a faint red tinge, no head. Massive strawberry aromas. Taste is more strawberry, acidic sourness, them really sweet and creamy. Not bad, but wouldn’t try again.

That was a nice with a good mixture of sweet and sour. Honestly said I don´t really believe them if its organic because of that great first nose full of the ripest strawberries you can imagine. The taste is well balanced with some special moments and a crispy finish. Thumbs up !

Bottle from Rudat in Dortmund. The beer has got a hazy light red-brownish colour with an low head and medium to thin body. Aroma of de-frozen strawberries. Taste of watery strawberries, artifical, leaves, mild berries. Medium sweetness. Not that bad actually.

Bottle. Pours clear copper with a medium sized white head. The aroma is major strawberry. The taste has a strawberry frozen yogurt.

Bottle poured into pint. Amazing strawberry heavy aroma. Quick dissapating white head. Pours a pink hued light gold. Strawberries over power any other flavor and make it far too sweet for my liking.

Samuel Smith’s Organic Strawberry Fruit Beer has a very thick, frothy, off-white head, a mostly opaque, rust-red-orange appearance, and extremely heavy lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of overwhelming strawberry juice, with a bready background. Taste is more bread oriented, with a strawberry juice and acid background. Bitterness is minimal. Mouthfeel is medium to heavy and somewhat slick, and this beer finishes wet and sweet. RJT
