BOTTLE 33CL. Look: almost opaque black with some red highlights and a big espresso head. Aroma: green beans (!?)- must be some bizarre yeast manifestation, a "warm" apple juice acidity, fresh fruit, rather toasted that roasted. Taste: much roastier than the aroma, same frech fruit/vegetation, moderate hop bitterness.

Quite a bizarre impy character, nevertheless quite rich and enjoyable.

Nose is fruity and almost herbal. Taste slight sweet maltiness with toffee and touch of coffee. Thin on the palate and not very creamy. Good but no sensation.

From bottle courtesy of Johnny Horn. Pours opaque jet black with a lovely deep brown head. Aromas of espresso, dark chocolate, raisins, spiced rum. Boozey yet balanced on the palate, complex and very smooth.

Black with a dissipating light brown head. Molasses. Chocolate. Caramel. Licorice. Alcohol. Earth. Some fruit. Moderate roast. Some coffee. No bitterness. Some sweetness but certainly not unbalanced. Bigger medium to lighter full body. Complex. Smooth. Excellent drinkability. Rare for the style.

From XXXII. In Teku glass. Playing South Park The Stick of Truth. Has something that makes crave for more after each sip. Really good tasting, smelling and feeling, and with an ABV lower than usual in the style

Aromas of chocolate and licorice with an alcohol scent. Pours rich dark mahogany brown with a thin brown head and good lacing. Tastes of coffee and licorice, mild malt and a wonderful tangy finish. Smooth mouthfeel with some fizziness. Round and rich. Very nice.
