SuperDave70 (766), Arizona, USA Jul 17, 2008 Clear amber color with a small foamy head. Aroma of fruit, sweet malt, and a bit of hops. Flavor is much the same, starting out sweet and fruity, and adding a bit of an unoverwhelming hop bite on the finish. Nicely carbonated. Not bad.
zappafan99 (322), Rock Hill, South Carolina, USA Sep 5, 2008 Taste 9/8 Bottle (date?) Looks: Copper, nice foam. Aroma: Biscuit, some hops floral and sweetness(malt?). Taste: Light to medium bodied. Refreshing, a little like sweet lemon tea. The finish does hang a while. The initial taste is a little lacking for me. Starts poorly, finishes well. DrDavid (200), , Vermont, USA Sep 4, 2008 (Bottle). Mild aroma, somewhat malty. Orange amber color, off-white head. Pleasant, but unremarkable flavor, malts and mild caramel. Hops are very subdued. Rynoplasty (202), Louisville, Kentucky, USA Sep 3, 2008 Poured golden brown with a small cream head. Malty bitter flavor and aroma. Good stuff! Bottled, 300808.
Orange with nice head. Aroma of flora and grapefruit. Flavor is malt and a solid bitterness. joe1961_2 (420), camberley, Surrey, England Aug 31, 2008 Bottle. Dark orange colour, huge head, persistent. The aroma is hoppy with floral hints. The flavour is very malty with light caramel traces. Good hoppy finish, not really bitter or heavy, but complex. A beer with a very balanced flavour, really pleasant.
