Jul 10, 2009 Not a bad nut brown ale. Has a very smooth pour with no foam head. Has a nice nutty hazelnut taste. The appearance has a brown look to it, with a dark center.

Jul 10, 2009 Bottle. Poured a rich Brown/Red color with a nice foamy head. The aroma was that of roasted caramel malt and coffee. Its mouthfeel was tremendous , smooth and creamy. tastes were malty with a chocolate coffee flavor. Overall a superb brown ale one of the best I have ever tried. Very true to the style!!

Jul 6, 2009 Bottled@Brewpub Copenhagen. Rubyish red colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is raisins, plum, caramel malts as well as some mild hoppy notes. Flavour is sweet malts, plum, raisins and some mild earthyness. Very sweet and a bit out of balance. Where are nuts?

Jul 1, 2009 Quite good and refreshing. Flavour was what one would expect from a quality brown ale, rich and malty. Medium bodied, very worthwhile beer!

Jun 27, 2009 500 ml bottle. Pours dark red to brown with a thick foamy head. Nose is sweet nutty caramel malt with no noticeable hops. Medium to full body. Palate is of earthy hops, coffee, balanced by nutty juicy malt, hints of sherry. Finish is unremarkable. On the whole, it is wonderful Brown Ale.

Jun 23, 2009 Bottle. Pours a brown hued red with a large foamy light tan head. Laces in clumps around the edge of the glass. Aroma is sweet malt, toffee, a robust toastiness. Quite dry, bitter toasty malt, bordering on astringency. Some sweet nutty malt notes. Light to medium bodied with a nice lingering bitterness.
